Your practice

Buddha Daily is designed to be useful without needing to know anything about you.

What we collect

Buddha Daily does not collect personal information through the app. There are no accounts, advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or remote database.

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, and a description of the issue. We use it only to respond and to help you resolve the problem.

What stays on-device

Your reading preferences, saved teachings, reflection notes, reminder settings, and local progress are stored on your device. Reflections are not uploaded to us.

If you use iCloud device backup, Apple may include app data in that backup under your Apple account and Apple's own policies. Buddha Daily does not have access to those backups.

Third parties

The app uses Apple's App Store and StoreKit to process the optional one-time purchase. Apple handles payment information; Buddha Daily never sees your payment details.

Apple's system services may process data according to Apple's privacy policy. The app does not send your reading activity or reflection content to an external service.

Your choices

You can turn notifications on or off in iOS Settings, and you can delete your local reflections from inside the app. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data, subject to any device backup you manage with Apple.
