SOURCES

Read the words.
Follow them back.

Buddha Daily is built around source-aware reading. Every teaching points to where it came from.

A living reference list for the first release

HOW WE WORK

Short app copy can make an old teaching feel new, but it should not make the source disappear. We keep the citation visible, use plain editorial framing, and prefer translations that are openly available to study. The practice Buddha Daily supports is a quiet, vipassana-inspired habit of daily reading and reflection.

Editorial notes

The twenty foundation guides are original educational summaries. They are not presented as scripture or as a replacement for a living teacher, tradition, or sustained study.

Ask about a source

The bundled lesson collection includes a source field for every teaching. We will keep this page current when the reference set grows or an editorial correction ships.
